What's Purpose To The Nations All About?

Purpose To The Nations is about establishing relationships within the body of Christ. God has blessed Clay Nash to be able to travel extensively across the United States and into 53 other countries of the world.  Through those travels, Clay has had the wonderful opportunity to meet many different men and women of God in various areas of ministry. It is the desire of PTTN to connect people to the various ministries that he has relationship with. It's really about what we can be together than who we are on our own.

Purpose To The Nations is also about fathering and training. We exist to help empower people in their individual ministries and giftings. PTTN offers training opportunities for leaders and emerging leaders.   PTTN also offers humanitarian aid in countries where the Lord leads them.

What does PTTN do?

Through the ministry of PTTN, Clay Nash speaks in various conferences, churches and leadership training seminars throughout the United States and in various parts of the world. PTTN has had ongoing missions work in the Navajo Nation, located in the southwestern part of the United States.  PTTN has also helped start Bible Schools in several of the former Eastern Bloc countries.  

PTTN has a very strong heart for Africa, particularly the Congo.  Upon his death, Dr. William Lovick, a spiritual father to Clay Nash, put him in charge of Lovick Ministries. Dr. Lovick established over 10,000 churches in Africa before his death.  PTTN seeks to continue to work of Dr. Lovick in those African nations.

PTTN's primary focus is to help people hear, know and recognize the voice of God.  Clay functions as a prophet to the body of Christ. His desire is that everyone hears the voice of the Father, knows intimately His voice and recognizes the various ways that He speaks.

Who is Clay Nash?

Clay Nash was born again at the age of 28 in a little Methodist Church in Wheatley , AR. His salvation came as a result of a "prayer hit list" that his mother-in-law was praying over. God saved Clay out of a life of drug abuse and wild living.

When Clay gave his life to Jesus, he gave him his whole life. He started seeking God with everything that he had. As a result of this hunger, he spent five months spending hours with God on a daily basis. It was during this time of intense, intimate prayer that God began to lay out His vision for Clay's life to become a minister. God began speaking to Clay about the nations and his role in bringing the Kingdom of God to them. Clay’s early ministry started in the Assembly of God church that he was attending at the time.  In 1987, he received ordination through the Roger Teale Evangelistic Association and later received ordination through EMI, based in San Antonia , TX in December 1990.

Since his conversion, Clay has traveled to and ministered in numerous nations of the world, including extensive missions work in Africa and the Navajo Nation.  He taught in the Memphis Bible College for 2 ½ years. He has also written several Bible College courses that are being used in various Bible Colleges.

Clay, and his wife Susan, helped plant a church in Brinkley, AR. God used them to also start works in Pocahantas, AR, Hayti and Kennett, MO, Covington and Dyersburg, TN. In the spring of 2004 Clay & Susan planted CityGate Church in Southaven , MS. They continue to provide apostolic oversight to Christ The King Church in Dyersburg , TN, a church they planted in 1990, as well as other churches across the country.

Clay is the founder and leader of Purpose To The Nations, an international ministry that provides relationship to churches, ministries and ministers. Purpose To The Nations exists to help the body of Christ hear, know and recognize the voice of God. Clay continues to travel abroad ministering in churches and conferences.

God uses Clay greatly in the area of teaching people how to hear, know and recognize His voice.  It is Clay’s desire to equip every believer in their walk with God to be able to be prophetic. He is being used of God to bring healing, signs, wonders & miracles to the body of Christ. It is not unusual to see manifestations of gold and dental miracles in the meetings.  Clay brings a strong prophetic voice of authority to the body of Christ.

Currently Clay is the Apostle of CityGate Community Church in Southaven , MS. From this church, it is his intent to establish other “citygates” throughout the Memphis Metro area.  This church is a long-time dream of his fulfilled . . .  to establish a work in the Memphis, TN metro area.
